How The Hierarchy Works

Generated IDs are deterministic draft values based on the Business Unit path and should be reviewed before importing into the ATS.

Using The Files

Import the files in order so the ATS can match each child Business Unit to its parent number.

Review validation results and generated draft numbers.
Download the four ATS-ready CSV files.
Import Business Unit 1 first, then Business Unit 2, Business Unit 3, and Business Unit 4.
Check the ATS after import to confirm the organisational structure appears as expected.
